Abstracts / Instruction for AuthorsAuthors are invited to submit individual contributions to any of the Conference topics. Both, registration and submission of abstracts, should be electronic. Format instructions Full instructions for writing and submitting the abstract are available here (Abstract templates). Authors are asked to send the file in .pdf format (mandatory). To submit, authors must have/create an account on the sciencesconf.org system. A procedure can be found here (Account creation procedure). Note that account creation is not equivalent to registration to the conference. You will be able to edit you submission before closure in My Space / My Submissions submenu. The preliminary programme will be posted on the website few months prior to the Conference date. Acceptance Notification Acceptance / Rejection letters will be sent according to the schedule. Acceptance of contributions for presentation is conditional to receiving the payment of the corresponding author's registration fee during the advance period. Instructions for speakers
Keynote speakers have 30 minutes (including questions), while other presentations have 20 minutes (including questions).
Each room will be equipped with a MS Windows computer connected to the projector. The following software will be available: - MS powerpoint presentation viewer 2010 - Adobe acrobat pdf reader - vlc - libreoffice Upload will be possible by a usb stick. You will also have the possibility to directly plug your laptop to the projector (vga wire, bring your adapter if needed). Please consider preparing a pdf version of your presentation (with fonts included) as a fallback solution in case of technical difficulties. Please let us know asap if you have any specific need for your presentation.
