Sciencesconf.org System Login

The CFRAC2015 website is hosted using the sceincesconf.org framework. Therefor, authors and attendees must have a sciencesconf account to submit an abstract or to register to the conference. Note that account creation is not equivalent to registration to the conference. A procedure can be found here (Account creation procedure) to create an account on the system.

Registration Fees

The  registration fee covers admission to all scientific sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner. 

It is possible to buy additional tickets for accompanying persons. Tickets for the conference dinner at 130€.

For registration, please use the online registration after login to your account (My Space/Registration)

Cancellation Conditions and Refunds

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of 40% if participation is cancelled prior to 30 April 2015. No refund will be possible after this date but complete documentation will be sent to the address of the delegate. The already paid registration can be transferred (without additional charges) to another participant from the same university, research institute or company.
